Changes in the STEM classroom. What do we need to do?

Flipped classes, Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCS),electronic textbooks, and a number of other changes are occurring in the STEM classroom that require us to rethink how we are teaching science in general and botany in particular. This round tablesession will provide an open forum to discuss what is happening at different institutions and think about how we can ensure quality plant science education in the changing STEM classroom landscape. Ideas generated from the discussion will help guide future activities from the Education Committee
